Oh how we love collaborations! Coca-Cola has teamed up with Karl Lagerfeld to design a limited-edition bottle for Coca-Cola Light! The famed French designer revamped the bottle into an opaque white aluminum bottle with a hot pink cap and the unmistakable with a silhouette of the designer dressed in his signature black suit, white collar and ponytail. What’s more? The ad campaign for the bubbly beverage was also shot by Lagerfeld who chose Baptiste Giacobini serving a Coca-Cola Light to Coco Rocha. If you look at the ad, it has Uncle Karl written all over it, from Rocha’s signature black trousers and white collar shirt to the Lalique crystal goblet she is sipping from. WWD reports that “Lagerfeld has long been a fan of diet cola, and says he prefers to drink it in a delicate crystal goblet to accentuate the taste.”
So have you fallen in love with the Karl Lagerfeld Coca-Cola Light bottle yet? Unfortunately the bottle is only available at the French chic boutique Colette and retails for about 3.50 Euros. If you happen to be across the pond, maybe you’ll want to hold out for the limited-edition boxed version of the bottle that comes with its very own matching bottle opener, which will only cost you about 47 Euros.
Cheers! What do you love most about the Karl Lagerfeld Coca-Cola Light bottle?
