I’ve never been a big fan of frittatas, but lately I’ve been discovering new life in many dishes that I’ve never really liked. So when I came across this recipe, something inside me got really excited at the thought of trying it – and with reason! It’s absolutely delicious! It’s so quick and easy to make, but looks so impressive (at least I was!) The flavours of the cheeses together with the egg and basil are bold without being overpowering. The perfect dish!
