It’s Christmas Eve! Soon families and friends will come together to celebrate this wonderful time of year! In my family, we have always celebrated on the 24th. Gorgeously wrapped gifts, warm company and of course fabulous food. This year, I am in charge of desserts, so I opted to bring a traditional Bûche de Noel and these delicious ambrosia macaroons.
I love coconut so when I came across this recipe it didn’t take much convincing for me to make them. But the added twist of orange zest and a drizzle of dark chocolate make these the perfect delectable treat to share with the family! What treats do you enjoy most during the holidays?
