There has been a lot of buzz lately about kale and its health benefits. It’s even been called a superfood by nutritionists. It’s filled with nutrients, low in calories and has cancer fighting nutrients that make it particularly attractive to me. So in a quest to find great kale recipes, I came across this recipe and couldn’t resist. I mean who doesn’t like chips! These are ready to eat straight out of the oven and just melt in your mouth.
