OMG! I can’t believe it! After so many attempts of eating it so many ways, I am finally eating tofu! I know about all the health benefits of it, and I’m all for the added boost of protein it provides, but until now I’ve never enjoyed it, not even fried. Then I came across this recipe for pad thai (I love pad thai!) and it changed my life.
Made from natural ingredients rather than the usual artificial crap we find at the grocery store, this is a super delicious way to enjoy it without worrying if you’ll still be able to strut your stuff in your skinny jeans later. A few suggestions? Add the optional cilantro and almonds. That fresh taste+ the crunchiness of the almonds = pure yumminess! You can even add a few red pepper flakes if you prefer your pad thai to be spicy!
