It’s no secret that I love to cook. And it’s not even about savouring the delish dish, it’s about merging and combining flavours to create something wonderful, a culinary pleasure that tickles all the senses. There is something so impressive about mixing a few simple ingredients to make a meal so light yet so flavourful that reminds you that summer is right around the corner.
I stumbled upon this recipe on a blog that has now become one of my favourite food blogs. Even though I have a love/hate relationship with pasta, I ultimately gave in to my frenemie to indulge in these bright flavours. Tomatoes, basil with a hint of garlic and the punch of red pepper flakes, it’s the perfect dish to whip up on a warm night and enjoy in your backyard.
