So yes I am doing the Sugar-Free Challenge, and yes I stumbled a few times. Actually I fell square off the wagon… more than once. But I generally didn’t have a problem cutting out the sugar from my diet. I figured this was a way for me to adopt great eating habits and splurging on foods that were really worth it… like these muffins!
They are moist and delectable with just the right hint of sweetness. I ate two right out of the oven after a drizzle of agave syrup. I know what you’re thinking, “You ate two! What a piggy!” But dude, it’s cool! A quick look at the ingredients and you see that these yummy cakes are made of super healthy foods! What more can you ask for! My tip – use fresh blueberries and the best quality ingredients. It really does make all the difference.
